O'Neill Wetsuit Testing

O’Neill Wetsuits in association with the BSi.

The O’Neill Surf Academy was chosen as the official wetsuit testing centre for O’Neill’s new range of male and female wetsuits due to be on sale during 2007.

O’Neill and the Academy were proud to work together with the BSi to put a range of suits through their paces for 3 days.
Tasks included Swimming in the sea, climbing rocks, jumping, running and much more.
The 6 BSA qualified Academy coaches chosen, Jack Philips, Jack Sykes-Wood, Daniel Rawsthorn, Ashleigh Bennetts, Josephine Moore and Sophie Skinner excelled themselves testing approximately 140 suits to the max’ over 2 full days.

Tom Copsey & Steve Peters from O’Neill Europe Ltd were delighted with how the testing went and are looking forward to working with the Academy again to ensure all future products get put through the same hardcore tests.

With O’Neill setting such high standards in wetsuit development achieving the credit with the BSI was the way forward.
